The 79, what an awesome pattern.
The Ruby Red and it's jigging is about the prettiest GEC has done in my opinion.

Today is my 18th wedding anniversary. I still trying to figure out where the Mrs. got the $ for these cause the knife funds are amiss
I want one in Calico bone and hope Mike doesn't sell out before Monday when knife fund refills.

Got lucky enough to get in on one of the 1 of 6 test run of the new 79 in "Rootbeer Float". 90% of my knife buying consist of some sort of stag but I couldn't resist this.....and I'm glad I didn't. I really like the way this handle material looks.

That is a sweet handle material on an awesome knife. I'll be on the lookout for more of the Rootbeer Float in the future.

Russell - That RootBeer Float is killer.......very nice snag.
Here is a quick photo of the #45's.........haven't wiped them down or anything yet.
I believe this to be the entire run of GEC #45 Roughnecks.
Got a light box specifically to try and get nice pics of the pearlies.......hope it works.
