John... that rope knife is exquisite... Its truly a wonder to me that knives with that kind of age can still be found is such great condition.

OC... the fisrt thing that drew my attention is how they used screws instead of pins to hold the wood covers to the handle... a sweet lookin' knife just the same...

One thing I always wondered is if Miller Bros. used screws just during a certain era, or on certain models as not all of them are like that.

Added a Miller Bros. harness jack this week, has the Cut Co tang stamp.

Thanks for the comments everyone, it is appreciated. Think I mentioned this before but its funny how collecting vintage knives works, went years without landing a decent Miller Bros and was able to land 2 nice ones back to back. Thanks again.

I realized after the post last night, I took the photos with only one light on in my light box. Here are a few more photos (with all the lights on) showing how nice the bone truly is.

Here's a small Miller Bros Wharncliffe in MOP - 2 & 1/8" - I think there were at least two others like this posted on AAPK... I've seen a few at shows but this one finally came home - blades in good shape and very lightly sharpened along with no cracks in MOP ... For a small knife those are 2 snappy blades ... Both the wharncliffe and pen blades are stamped the same - Miller/ Bros/ Meriden but don't know if behind the bolster CT is hidden... I was surprised that the small pen blade had the same stamp and there was a die small enough to fit that tang...

One thing I didn’t note is that unlike most of the others I have seen (including yours ) have a small bail unlike mine and it doesn’t look to ever had - maybe the bail was an option for that pattern ...
