Great news, Josh! Praise the Lord! In my orthopedic doctors exam room I read a sign that said, "I just treat them, but God heals them." It is a quote from a physician back several hundred years ago, but it still rings true.
Give Miss Tiffany our best and glad y'all are on the road back to a more normal life

Great news about Tiff.
You can't leave us Josh. You are too much a part of the fabric this forum is made of.

That's great news, Josh! Please pass along our well-wishes to your wife, tell her that we are all praying for her continued health.
Oh yeah, and don't be a stranger!

This is great news Josh, but remain diligent and do not hesitate to call your doctor or their nurse if anything at all seems "off" with Tiffany.
Cancer free for five years is considered a cure, unless they've changed the parameters.

That's great news Josh,I know, I've heard the same words. I've been cancer free for 6 years now. I was told that this cancer(I had squamous cell a carcinoma on my left tonsil, still have my tonsil),would not return.?? If I got cancer again it would be something else.Never heard of such a thing.
They said as long as I had it before recognition and treatment(about a year),that it was stage 4.??? Meaning there was no use just removing the tonsil.I had the most Chemo they had given to anyone thereafter. If I had not had a feeding tube,I probably would have died of malnutrition.I didn't eat for 6 months.
But God had something else for me,and Tiff too.
Enjoy every day with her.

LAST THURSDAY WE WERE ONCE AGAIN DOWN AT THE CANCER CENTER..........
WE LEARNED TIFF WAS FREE OF CANCER AS OF THIS TIME!!!!
WE HAVE TO GO BACK A COUPLE MORE TIMES THEN I THINK WE GO, ONCE EVERY 3 OR 6 MONTHS?
SHE STILL HAS DISCOMFORT, AND OTHER THINGS SHE MUST DEAL WITH, BUT CANCER FREE IS AWESOME!
JUST WANTED TO SAY : "THANKS GUYS FOR REAL, THANKS! FOR ALL THE PRAYERS & THOUGHTS FOR TIFF, IT
MEANT A LOT !"
HOPE ALL ARE WELL............. SEE YA'ALL 'ROUND

Great news Josh!
January will be five years for my wife.
I think the things most people aren't prepared for with cancer is the duration of the fight.
Most illnesses we deal with for a few days or weeks at most. But with cancer, the fight time is measured in years.
You and Tiff keep fightin'!

Hey Bug, I know I'm chiming in a little late, but your family is in our prayers. My wife is in the same situation with medical history as she and her brother were adopted,so we understand that part a little too well.
