Q, geocash, jtx, FFF, joeradza, Corn Creek, TPK, Squach, great pics and knives all around. Haven't checked the thread for a few days and missed some beauties everyone. Love this thread.
Corn Creek, what HD do you ride? I like the pic on the leather. Might have to try that myself.

This one is a hand made arrow by a Navaho bow maker.

Thanks Iman, I gave up riding many years back, but still wear leather. We also sell leather apparel and riding accessories from our physical store in NE TN. We are "On The Edge Of The Snake" (Hwy 421N) in Johnson County TN. We have a lot bike traffic going up and down this very curvy mountain road.

Love that arrow!! ::tu:: ::tu:: ::tu::

Thanks, Corn Creek. I've been asleep a few days, evidentially. You've sure got it going with the leather pictures, I'm enjoying them.

Appreciate it, Tom. I know next to nothing about minerals & have to look everything up, again & again, but I think these things have some pretty interesting crystal structures & they are apparently uncommon, worldwide. These are one type of fairy crosses called St. Andrews crosses. Fairy crosses are carried as good luck charms & I read that three US presidents carried fairy crosses in addition to them having been collected by Cherokee Indians. Whatever, there's some cool stuff lying on the ground.

Thank you, Ivoryman. I love it, too. I'm pretty happy with the pair of old bones I posted last, but your flush has 'em beat, at least two & a half times by my calculation.

Oh no doubt about that! ::nod:: I'm always picking up stones & carrying them home. Just yesterday I brought one home. I'd show it to ya but I am too lazy to go up stairs and get it. It's some sort of White/Crystal typ stone. I cleaned it with a toothbrush and water & it's now on the headboard of my bed along with 4 or 5 other stones & crystals.

I'll Google Fairy Crosses and check the bay if I can find any. They remind me of another sort of stones that are called desert roses. ::nod:: ::tu:: ::super_happy::

Thanks, dogleg! Got a crane that likes to hang out and look for something to eat. Also, ducks and geese on occasion. It’s only 3 acres - not big. :D
