to Lssenn!

The only true measure of a knife's value is the amount someone is willing to pay for it.
So, you already know the "value" of your knives because it's whatever you paid for them.
The only way to know what they're worth to someone else is to try to sell them.
Since you say that you are new to knife collecting, a word of advice: know what you are buying
before shelling out the big bucks...as with any collectible item, there are a lot of forgers out there who are very eager to take advantage of your inexperience.
Cosigned all day long. This really should be a sticky.
In an effort to give you some practical help or advice, I'd concur that the bone (USA era?) 6375 has been used and buffed, so collector value is going to be under $50 IMO on a good day, but that's exactly the kind of knife I'd be proud to sharpen up, pocket, and use. I'd say if you managed to stay under $60 you did just fine for a quality user. Those carbon steel blades will pick up a good usin' patina in no time.
As for the stag stockman, I'm fairly ignorant of Tested knives but as others have stated it really doesn't look right to me. I don't see that as Tested-era stag and the shield seems wrong too. Please take my opinion with many, many grains of salt, however, because I am by no means experienced in identifying the Tested-era knives which seem to be the most-faked of all. We have many walking Case museums around here so I'm sure someone will steer you right on it.
Enjoy the site and thanks for sharing your knives!

Ive tried posting pics on here but not sure if they posted...if not o please pm me and ill try to send them that way. Thanks.
The Case 6375 pattern is my favorite knife, especially the older variations. As to what it's worth, we need to see the whole knife. The others are right, it has been used and cleaned up. I prefer them I cleaned personally, but that's just my preference.
I am no expert at all with tested knives. There are so many fakes I just assume they are not right until verified by other who know more than I. But I will say the stag does not look right in that picture for a tested era knife. It may be right as rain, and just the picture. I'll leave that to the experts.
As to value, look at completed auctions on eBay for knives in as close of condition as yours and same model, year etc. In the end though I buy what I like, pack them as I see fit, and pay what I think they are worth to me. I'll let my heirs worry about resell value.

Scott, the Imperial Harness Jack you sent me just arrived. A neighbor several miles away brought it over. It wasn't delivered even close to my address clearly printed on the label. While I was going in to the house to call the Post Office to complain, my neighbor across the road pulled in with today's mail. Anyway I'm pleased with the knife. The stamping is 1935 to 45 and in great shape. Thanks. ____Dave

Wow, Phil. Just bloody WOW!
I should probably wait a few days to post this, when the shadow of Phil's newest acquisition has a chance to fade a bit.
Ran onto an early '70s Camillus 72 on eBay and since I was the only bidder, I brought it home for a quite reasonable price. Condition is about what I would have cleaned it to so I have to thank the seller for doing all the heavy lifting. It has no issues I can see. I didn't need it but I just couldn't leave it floating in the bay.

Phil, I'm a little late at seeing it, but your pearl swing guard is....gorgeous. And finely pictured what with MOP appropriately set off by sea shells. Very deft.
