That is a very nice shot Ike, does look like a calendar photo. Maybe we should start a calendar with pictures of knives?
Mark, I am embracing my roots. I haven’t owned a pair of cowboy boots for over 40 years. I grew up around cattle and horses. Bought a pair of Ariat’s a month ago and am loving them all over again. Started listing to country music too, funny how I’ve come full circle. Of course today’s country music isn’t honky tonk country I grew up listening to, which is probably why I like it so much.
Thanks for the comments on the Boker. Can’t fault a thing about it. For the money it’s a heck of nice knife.

My inspiration for the day.
I saw a "Donut" LUDT at ACK today, it looks as silly as the others!

Great info, Mark.
Those are fine roots to embrace, my friend. I have always had a country heart but a rock n' roll soul, and that's odd since I prefer the old tear jerker country to today's sound, key word "prefer".
I'm quite partial to those square toed boots as opposed to the pointed ones, they look far nicer to me.
Your above comments regarding your Broker are nearly verbatim to what you said about it previously, it certainly has left an impression on you, I have knives that do that too.
That's a terrific line-up of Case knives currently in your store, I'd bet they won't last long!

My initial reaction to them was "what the heck is THAT thing and do people really like them" too, BUT I've since grown fond of their silly & light-hearted nature
Yah, I get that, but a LUDT,

they're the grand daddy of automatic knives and I think should be left traditional, IMO!

I had posted this in my Tuna Valley thread, but thought it was nice enough to include here in the photography thread. Tuna Valley brand knife picks in a multitude of different handles.

Very nice collection, colorful too.
I always thought that carrying a knife pick to open the knife you carry is kinda' like carrying a key to unlock your belt buckle...one too many steps in the process to achieve the desired result. But then when I run into one of those alligator snapping knives and break a thumb nail opening it .......

Ya I know what you mean. I admit I don't use them. If I can't get a knife open, it doesn't belong in my pocket. For these I got them because they are part of my Tuna Valley collection, and I liked the variety of handles.
