Ya man!!!! My favorite piston engine airplane of all time!! You know the Luftwaffe hated to see this view on their 6. By the way, I've been to the Reno Air Races and the 51's are glorious at over 500mph around the course.carrmillus wrote: ....C6, I like the picture of the P-51 in the corner!!!!!..........![]()

.............I have that full size picture on an old calendar- when I was 15, and a soph. in HS, I had a part time job drafting. the architect I worked for was a ww2 air force vet who flew 36 missions over Germany in a p-51. he was still in the miss. ANG and he smuggled me into a F-82 "twin mustang" and took me up- went to little rock, ark. and back from Memphis in about 30 minutes!!.....something I will never forget!!!..................CheckSix wrote:Ya man!!!! Greg, looks like you had a good time on your 21st milestone birthday. If my math is accurate another milestone birthday (65) is still forthcoming. It would be pretty cool if you could pull the leisure suit back out and recreate the 21st birthday photo. It's probably in one the boxes you are unpacking - right?gsmith7158 wrote:That would have been 1971 Roland.kootenay joe wrote:Greg your grade 11 hairdo looks like mid 1970's. about right ?
