This is my first post here. A Case XX USE no dot canoe that I recently purchased.

Welcome to the forum. I agree that is a great one to start off with. You don’t see many Case XX canoes and not many in that condition, wow!

So glad you got that beautiful mammoth ivory canoe, Squach. I was sorely tempted, but plumb out of funds. Good to know it has stayed in "the family."

My first canoe. 1976. I’ve been reading though this post and now, after handling this knife, I get it. Almost a perfect EDC.

Nice Kissing Crane SmileyBuck, has that lost a blade or is that a rare 1 blade canoe? The handles are very nice on that one.

The second blade broke at the pin just a single blade now but still works fine

A new addition arrived today. Unfortunately I'm disappointed in the color on this one. It is supposed to be crimson bone but looks more like red appaloosa. The Case QC folks let this one slide I guess.

I've had a few Case knives that make me think the QC department was having a bad day. Nobody is perfect.
