Charlie very impressive…when I look in a hollowed out stump I find a snake or a colony of mad insects, you find photo worthy background

Well, this particular stump is in a small clearing and the interior is subject to direct sunlight for a good portion of the day which is why I suspect it wasn't home to more than the spiders I shooed before I shot the pic.

Nothing new so I thought I'd post some of my favorites pic's from the past.
Setting up the picture was half the fun.

Very nice Charlie. That's what I have to do most of the time, we just don't have the beautiful scenery like some of you guys do.

What!!!??? You live in Texas David! You've got tumbleweeds, prickly pare, cottonwood trees, sage brush, etc.....use your imagination....you'd be surprised what you can come up with. We all shoot digital photos now so if it doesn't turn out to your liking you just delete it. I'll bet I take about 50 shots for every one photo I keep. Don't sell your immediate environment short, there's always something cool and beautiful just waiting for the right person to notice.

Squach, another nice group, like the American Indian stuff. Yeah, good stuff.

Thanks for the good comments guys. If I looked hard enough like going to the park or out at my son's house I would find some outdoor scenery. I'm more adept at using objects like some of these.

Really happy with this one. I already showed it in my Tuna Valley thread, but I'll share it here also.
