All About Pocket Knives

Yeah, that bone discoloration is pretty strange. The knife was manufactured in 2008 and it wasn't like that when I got it two days ago. It has to be something I did but the only thing I did was lube the joints. I haven't even touched up the edges yet.

The discoloration surrounds the pin on each side. Only thing I can figure is that maybe some of the lube seeped into the pin hole and soaked into the bone from the underside. Strange that it would happen on both sides though.

I'll chalk it up to its first character flaw.

Still a good-looking knife...even with your I.P.A. (Inadvertent Personalized Alteration); it's just a slight cosmetic bruise. At least it didn't turn purple!

I've got one of those wharnie teardrops also and also just got one with chestnut and cv also. Sweeeet!!!!

Here is my third Case. Seahorse with the wharncliff. This beauty will be in my pocket for everyday use. It fits perfect in my hand.

Added the Gray Bone 63090 to the mix. Can't seem to get enough of this little pattern.
