Arriving recently in a very large group or lot of pocket knives that I bought, this pocket knife now becomes my most recent example to be posted under this topic or thread. However, I did NOT buy the group or lot to obtain this particular pocket knife. But, as it turned out, this pocket knife is definitely a keeper and will be a welcome addition to my general pocket knife collection. It is an Imperial, one blade, three tools (a can opener, a cap lifter or bottle opener and a punch or awl), two tang stamps, 3 3/4" closed (not including the bail), camping or scouting, pattern or style of pocket knife. The main blade front tang stamp says "Imperial (with crown) (over) PROV. R.I." with a vertical "USA" on the side. The can opener front tang stamp says "CAN OPENER (over) P.2391732" It is in GOOD+ condition. It needed some cleaning. I took some pictures and here it is.

Recently, these two pocket knives arrived and they now become my latest examples to be posted under this topic or thread and to be added to my general pocket knife collection. Both came in a very large group or lot of pocket knives that I purchased. But, I did NOT buy the group or lot for these two particular pocket knives. They are both Imperial, two blades, two tang stamps, 3 1/8" closed, pocket knives. Both main blade front tang stamps (same) say "Imperial with crown (over) PROV. R.I. with a vertical USA" Both secondary blade front tang stamps have the patent numbers (different). Overall, both of these pocket knives are in VERY GOOD condition. Both pocket knives required a very minor amount of cleaning. I took some pictures and here they are.

I picked up this non shell handle Imperial today at our local flea market. It is a 3 and 1/2" OAL black composition jack in decent shape for a few bucks.

This is the first Imperial I have seen using this kind of construction. It is all metal with no conventional spring. Rather the frame itself is the spring. The pivot pin hole on the mark side is slotted, so when the blade is opened the frame acts as the spring. It also has what looks like the Girl Scout logo on the handle. It is 3 and 9/16 inches OAL closed and is made from stainless steel.

This morning, my trip to the post office produced this pocket knife. It now becomes my most recent example to be posted under this topic or thread. It also becomes the most recent example to be added to my multi tool with glass cutter, pocket knife collection. It is an Imperial, one blade, three tools (a cap lifter or bottle opener, a punch or awl and a glass cutter), one tang stamp, 3 7/16" closed (not including the bail), camping or scouting, pattern or style of pocket knife. The main blade front tang stamp says, "Imperial (with crown) (over) PROV. R.I." with a vertical "USA" on the side. So far, this is my first, multi tool with a glass cutter pocket knife, that was NOT made in Germany. The main blade and the three tools do NOT have any real opening or closing snap. Overall, this pocket knife is in VERY GOOD condition. It needed some very minor cleaning. I took some pictures and here it is.

Recently, this "BARLOW", pattern or style of pocket knife arrived in a group or lot of pocket knives that I purchased. It now becomes my latest example to be posted under this topic or thread. I did NOT purchase the group or lot to obtain this particular pocket knife. But, it did get added to my general pocket knife accumulation. It is an IMPERIAL, two blades, one tang stamp, 3" closed, long main blade pull, two springs, "BARLOW", pattern or style of pocket knife. The main blade front tang stamp says, "IMPERIAL (over) PROV., R.I." The main blade has a good half stop, also a good opening and closing snap. The secondary blade has a very good half stop, as well as a NASTY opening and closing snap. This pocket knife does have a few issues. But, overall, this pocket knife is still in FAIR condition. It required cleaning. I took some pictures and here it is.

Not too recently, this "Hopalong Cassidy" pocket knife arrived in a group or lot of pocket knives that I purchased. It is now my most recent example to be posted under this topic or thread. I did NOT purchase the group or lot of pocket knives to obtain this particular pocket knife. However, it did turn out to be a keeper and it did get added to my general, pocket knife accumulation. It is a HAMMER BRAND, two blades, one tool (a cap lifter or bottle opener), three tang stamps, 3 7/16" closed, two springs, pocket knife. The main blade front tang stamp says, "HAMMER (over) BRAND" (with the flexed arm & hammer) and a vertical "USA" on the right side. The secondary blade front tang stamp says, "IMPERIAL (over) PROV. R.I." The tool front tang stamp says, "PAT. NOS. (over) 2170537 (over) 2281782" The main handle side says "HOPALONG CASSIDY" However, the image of Hopalong and Topper (his horse), has rode off into the sunset. This pocket knife, at some point, did have a bail. This pocket knife does NOT have a bail now. The main blade has no half stop. But, it does have an OK opening snap and an OK closing snap. The secondary blade also has no half stop, along with NO opening snap and NO closing snap. The tool opens and closes properly, with no issues. Overall, this pocket knife is in GOOD condition. It did need a little bit of cleaning. I took some pictures and here it is.
