I have 200 barlows, but I've not seen a Queen quite like this one.
I like it!

Here's my latest: 1958-60 Queen Steel #73 Barehead Winterbottom Bone, 8" OAL fixed blade. Mint condition (except for a tiny chip in the handle that's barely noticeable) with original factory edge and leather sheath.

Q,
Congratulations on a nice lookin' Queen!
I'm not really into fixed blade but that one looks like it would be very comfortable in the hand.
The bare head look is inviting when compared to most of the aluminium pommels for some reason. ::shrug::

Yup brother, yer exactly right-on there.
I have a later model #73 too; and it's exactly as you say, super comfy in the hand.
But it tis a bit small for my 'uge paws; so for an edc here, I would upsize 1, or 2, model #'s.

A great group of Queens, all with the enclosed springs and aluminum frames.
The Barlow styles are so light weight I'm almost scared to use one. ::facepalm::

Nice pick up, Big H. ::tu:: There's something very satisfying about a complete collector set, IMO. I am wondering if you are going to use them or keep them pristine safe queens, though?? ::hmm:: (Life is full of tough choices!) ::undecided::

Q, man I just saw this, I was not ignoring you my friend, just hadn't been back on the Queen forum in a minute. I may tote the big one sometime but probably not the little one and maybe neither
I have become a old stick in the mud of late as to carrying, I got a select few that gets most of my pocket time. ::shrug:: ::handshake::

 I'm the same way...I have exactly four EDCs that I've been carrying for years, yet for some reason I keep buying new knives under the pretext of adding them to my EDC rotation but then I never do. I'll just admit it: I'm a hopeless knife addict...I just can't help myself. ::doh::

This #51 single blade factory sample with Rosewood handle. Tang stamp shows what I believe is a "Big Q" from 1945-1955...but, I'm not so sure of the date of manufacture because it came in a white S&M box (and the ID label on the box is correct for this knife). It's a mystery. ::undecided::

Don't worry though, my chances of winning the lottery here are 1 to 40,000,000. ::doh:: So your probably pretty safe.

::hmm:: Unless you would like for me to go to church with ya. Then you can pray for me to win the lottery soon. ::shrug::
