For those of you who have been following my posts and have asked about Trey and his squirrel chasing adventures I have some sad news. The mighty Muffin Head was diagnosed with cancer yesterday. As it stands now he is going need to have a toe amputated. As always with cancer we can only hope that's going to be the end of it. In any case, our walks are going to be on hold for a while.

Excellent photos, I-Man! Who worked the magic on the 8OT?
Charlie, I'm sorry to hear that. I hope the Muffin Head weathers the storm relatively unscathed.

Thank you. I use an app called Photoshop Mix to create the photo. I took this one in the shade.

This is a great thread to browse through. It also serves to remind me that I need to get out in the woods sometime. Superb photos from all!

Great shot Tim! Very colorful a springy.
Rained most of the night, still raining dogs and dogs (don't want to upset the Muffin Head by using the "C" word

) and supposed to continue through tomorrow. We got out for a short walk between downpours.

On a humor note, the tree trunk to the right of your knife looks like a bare butt….

Thanks Iman. His surgery is scheduled for the end of next week. I'm not looking forward to it.
