All About Pocket Knives

Nice knives fellers jpd I wouldn't trade that cattle knife for the world.I ended the weekend with a fly rod and these,trying to get use to the soldier.

I spent some time today organizing, wiping down, and taking pictures of some of my knives. I pulled this one, an 897UH Uncle Henry, out of the Schrade box - my brother gave it to me about 15 years ago and it's never been used. I dropped it in my pocket today - about the same size as a Case 6318 - a real nice carry size. OH

carried this no-stamp old timer all weekend.

Thanks Triple F, I'm still carrying it in my watch pocket. I like how thin it is. I'm kinda like garddogg, trying to see what the fuss is about on these SAK knives.

I always carry a Kershaw Leek in my back pocket. It's nice and thin,too. Don't even notice it's in there.

In 09research in Goins states WALTERS & SONS over WARRENTED over CASTSTEEL Main tang,on reverse side main a carpenters square over TRUE,on pen blade same tang reverse roman#IV over square..made in Mahlhausen Thur moved to Werke..

Also cir 1884-1895..she has a faint acid etch on the main it is said that they made bayonets also..believed to be German.

Took today off so I could have a much deserved 4 day Weekend! Carrying these 2 around the house today

Yesterday and today, a LF&C coke bottle and a "C Lutters & Cie" 4 7/8" simgle blade jack (English Jack?)
