Very nice collection of Camp knives Homer and that is sweet line up of Bucks.

I got another Dogleg trapper by A.G. Russell. This one has Quince Burl wood handles. The first one I purchased from KJ, Roland Procter over 5 years ago, it’s the one in stag. These two were completely made in Japan. There is one with MOP that was made in Japan but the handles were put on at A.G. Russells shop. I don’t have that one, but am always looking for it. Trappers are not a pattern I particularly care for, but this one is so unique that it’s on my short list. Love the looks, design and the blades on these.

I see why you like these Mark! Beautiful, beefy frame shape! I don't care much for Trappers either,
but that Spey blade is at another level! I like 'em! Many ::tu::

Thanks Tony. If I were ever tempted to carry a trapper, this would be the one. The blades are elegant. A.G. Russell offered these in 2010- 2011, I found them in old catalogs from that time period for reference. These aren’t just great looking but they feel great in hand. You can sense the quality.

There are some really impressive sub-collections listed here. Many are unbelievably beautiful and all are unique. I really enjoy seeing what you guys are passionate about.
Here’s a a few pics of the larger framed knives in my Eye Brand collection. I’ve included an all metal auto, a clodbuster for airport use and a machete for fun. The machete is for the South American market and has both a paper tag and a blade stamp. The auto is marked Solingen and is quite heavy. The red lock back has a rounded dull point and etched Flughafen Kole/Bonn. I apologize for my lack of photography skills.

What a German Eye collection.
Big Homer that’s an impressive collection of folding hunters.

I just added another Cattaraugus to the collection. Made by Canal Street for A.G. Russell on the 35th anniversary of Cattaraugus Cutlery. The stag is a new addition to the collection. The other one is mammoth ivory. These are such well made knives. These feel like they could cut anything. Opens with a nice hard snap. Sure miss Canal Street and the great knives they produced.

Here you go ~Q~.
You can never have enough information when studying something. I have added about 30 more since these pictures.
The last picture was for examining the differences in pruning blades and contains knives that are unsharpened, except the Remington and it is 95% or better. People can be easily fooled by nicely profiled pruning and spear blades on knives cleaned.
