Been wishing for and looking for a Northwoods Mini-T for a loooooong time but never saw one until now. It's a Gladstone, Mich. (not GEC), and it's everything I was hoping for: Stag handle, excellent walk and talk (early Queen style gator snap) and exquisite fit and finish. Of course, it wasn't cheap; but, as Mini-T Monkey so often reminds me, the whole point of money is to buy the most essential things that we absolutely gotta have to survive. ::nod:: I really couldn't argue with The Monkey's logic when I saw this one (and fortunately rice & beans is cheap).

Today I add these two pocket knives to my collection. They both are CASE XX (2005), 6207 SS, 2 blade, Orange County Choppers, mini trapper pocket knives. They both came with their tins (not pictured). They didn't need any cleaning. I took some pictures and here they are. All the pocket knives in the last picture have orange handles. A couple just appear to have yellow handles.

I gotta say I'm quite impressed with these Robesons. Both of them are very well made knives with super snappy snap like Queen used to make in the earlier years.

Sometimes, The Universe just seems to give a little pat on the back for unknown reasons...how else to explain finding a sweet stag beauty like this?...and at a price I could afford (which has a much lower threshold than a price I can somehow "justify"). ::shrug:: Divine intervention is the only rational explanation, although I'm really not worthy

Today this pocket knife joins my motorcycle gang.
It's another CASE XX (2005), 6207 SS, 2 blade, Orange County Choppers, mini trapper pocket knife.
It needed no cleaning as it is in mint condition.
I took some pictures and here it is.
All of the pocket knives in the last picture have orange handles.
Some just appear to have yellow handles due to my lighting.

The blade etch signature belongs to Mr. Charlton Heston.
Not my knife, not my picture.
