A very nice Swell end Jack. As stated by toomanyknives a 2231-1/2SAB. That is great to have one from your Grandfather!!

At my daughter's tennis match in Levelland today.
Noticed we were about 20 miles from Lubbock Antique Mall.
Went there at lunch and scored these.

What a haul. That little 863 especially catches my eye.

Looks like someone had started a collection of electrician’s knives. What is the wooden handled knife backed up to the big fixed blade?

I only found one knife from Duluth Mn. to Marquette Mich. along with a hatchet marked Sweden. The knife has me stumped as to who made it. It's only marking is Pathfinder. The pummel looks very typical to several makers like Camillus and some early Westerns and their West Cut knives. The guard is some kind of fiber like was on some Kinfolks among others but they had steel or some other metal to back it up. Any ideas?____Dave

Could this be a Buck Pathfinder?

As for me, this weekend myself and another volunteer from the Maritime Museum picked up and sorted a large donation of tools and shop equipment. In one of the tool boxes I found this rusty but tight Camillus camp knife. The shop had no use for it, and after passing it around none of my crew mates had any interest either. So I slipped it in my pocket and brought it home because “No knife left behind!”

Camp knives honestly don’t do it for me, but I wasn’t going to let it just get thrown away. I’ll find it a good home!

That's how I feel about Barlows: any I find would go to an AAPK member, as I know many here are fond of them. Good to hear you saved that camp knife!

What is the model number for the Utica Cutlery electricians knife? This was my Grandfathers and was severely neglected, rusted so badly that the blades are now pitted. The scales are wood if that helps in model identification.

I have a couple of those, Mess1ah1. Neither has a model number, but one has TL-29 embossed in the handle.
So, I'm guessing they just called them TL-29's....

Found these today; Pearl 1991 Winchester 2921P, Old Winchester 2979 bone jack, and a Winchester/WR Case & Sons pattern No.62091 made in the Us in 1990.____Dave

I upgraded the Pathfinder I posted a couple days ago on this thread with Tigerwood scales and turned the $5 into an easy $6 knife. I might even make it a new sheath and double it's value.____Dave

Picked this one up today locally. A Buck 704 Maverick with the Script "BUCK" Shield and Tang Stamp. I believe these were before 1985. Tight blade, no wobble and not abused. Figured it would go good with my 703.

I agree TMK. The 700 series is my favorite of the Bucks.
