A Western fixed blade...

... maybe a little too much going on in the picture...
It can be kind of tricky to make a photo interesting without the knife getting lost in the mix. I like that photo!
Nice shot of the folders, too.
I am always picking up stuff like driftwood and rocks that might make a good background for a knife photo. Here is a piece of driftwood on a sandbar used as a background.
Thanks and that driftwood looks great

Very nice picture!

A great duo. How did the bayonet clean up?

Beautiful Picture! Very nice knives,

I guess if you live in Seattle there is an advantage because there is no property tax on your home, so one can spend that extra money in savings on excellent high quality pocket knives

What a great advantage!

Well appreciate the knife comments. Thanks. I searched them out and was on it, only had to pay dealer prices, not as high as secondary aftermarket. They were cheap back then, in the sixty something range. Great value for great knives.
On the other hand, I don't know what you're talking about having an advantage by not paying property tax. Good one. Fuuuunnyyyy.

I pay property tax every time I make a mortgage payment. I don't live in downtown Seattle either, a few miles outside city limits proper in a suburb. But even if they do not pay in Seattle, which I doubt, we all still pay one of the highest sales tax rates in the nation at 10 1/2 percent. And some of the highest water rates, highest sewer, highest electric bills, highest gas tax. I could go on. But if you think we have less bills around here I got news for you. I've lived in several western states and this is by far the most expensive area I've ever lived. Twice as high as Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Oregon, Idaho. Believe me, if it was cheap to live here, I would have TWICE the collection of knives I have now. At least.

Opps!

Now I remembers having a conversation with neighbors a while back. They are natives of Washington, lived in Seattle and move to Arizona over 5 years ago... partly because they were paying $7000 + a year in property taxes

... on a relatively modest home.

... that is quiet a few "Rough Rider" Stockmans (Stockmen?) ....
