My wife's work buddy came over to swim today and brought an 8 pack of these, not so terrible on a hot day.

Not in my lager, but almost always rim my glass with Tajin when making a michelada. I like to use Models Especial, Hot & Spicy V8, Worcestershire sauce and lime juice. I also sprinkle a little Tajin in the glass after adding all the other ingredients over ice.

Nice, I will have to try that. I really like the lime taste of Tajin.

That knife is a beauty! Luna in the background, and that ale being from Kilkenny, reminds me of the old poem "There Once Were Two Cats From Kilkenny". I'm sure works like that are long forgotten in today's educational system.
Anyway, just how was the Sullivan's? I am not familiar with that one.

A little hoppier than I might favor, but a pretty decent ale. There's a Kilkenny Nitro that is one of my favorite beers of all time. The last time I had one was in Kilkenny. The local Irish pubs used to carry it, but no more.

Whoa John, you're stocked for livin' the High Life! Cool Civivi too!
Here's what the Irish Gold looks like, and a blooming Spider Plant.
P.S., it's raining too, hoping to find a pot o' gold at the end of the rainbow.

Restock time!!

John
My latest sign.
Actually, I prefer my peanuts salted in the shell, and will grab a couple of small bags to go when heading out the door of a Texas Roadhouse.

Ever try Tajin in your Lager?
I tried a similar stunt, with clamato juice and Budweiser.... just to try and make it drinkable....

it was actually worthy of drinking...

I think you can/used to be able to buy Budweiser with Clamato juice already in it. I think I saw it at 7-11, I guess you still can?

I might have to head over to the local 7-11 and take a look,

it is about 106 degrees up-in-here and 30-40% percent humidity and I was drinking this heavy IPA... that is all I had left to drink for beer....this IPA is much better to me in cold weather.

I need some hefeweizen beer

Ole Tom T and me we like beer, it makes us jolly good fellers. Chelada is still being produce far as I know, it's still on their website. I use to stop by my buddy's house couple of times a month, we'd most time have a beer or a sip of whisky while we chatted away. He was a bud drinker, one Saturday afternoon I stopped by and he sez man I've got sumthin you've got to try and he brought out a chelada, a I sez Sam I'm not much on flavored beer and I like tomater juice but it don't like me, gives me the heartburn. He said come on drink one can, I sez okay. I takes a swallow it wuz ice cold tasted pretty good , he sez it kinda hard to find and cost about 30 bucks a case as we sat and shot the ---- for awhile and the warmer that crap got the worse it tasted I finally chugged it down not wanting to be a bad guest, Sam sez you want another I sez naw but I'd take a regular beer iff'in you got one. True story.
The only flavored brews I like and they quit making the Bud copper lager.
