I bought some boating lines that had some really tight knots in them that I couldn’t undo with my bare hands. I’ve got a couple sailors knifes and this one on particular made the job easier.

Lots of summer stuff lately.....cutting grass trimmer string.....Oh, I cut two popsicles apart yesterday.

Carved this Santa with a Hammer brand knife I bought with a broken blade tip that I reshaped. Works great. I still have to carve in the beard on it.

Doug, carving Santa's in the middle of July! You are a child at heart. Knice rework of the knife and it seems to have an appetite for wood .

Trimming black berry bushes.....More summer stuff....

Geocaching

Before I had to ship it 2 days I got to use it. (Sold faster than I was hoping....oh well).

I got a mesquite thorn right through my shoe into the ball of my foot. If I didn't have my Leatherman with me, it would still be there

Man, you said it T! The thorn broke off and I could not get my fingernails around the end of the thorn to pull it out from the bottom of the shoe and I didn't think about pulling off my shoe and trying to push the thorn out from the other side.... ....

Cutting up some old recliners to throw out and taking out the copper wiring to recycle.

As I posted on the "She Bit Me" thread, in a moment of carelessness I cut my thumb with a pocket knife. A week later, I used the scissors and tweezers on my Victorinox Climber (not the same knife I cut myself with) to remove the sutures. Gotta love the Swiss!

Had some boxwoods removed and the stumps ground in front of the house. I reseeded the area this morning,
Used this handy Chinese made “Sheffield” 5th pocket lockback to open the grass seed bag.

Enjoying an apple the old fashioned way! Cutting it with a Victorinox Day Packer.
