Man oh man! This thread has added 16 pages in 9 days. What an absolute joy it has been to feast on these great old knives. Keep em coming guys so I'll have something to look at this week.

... Some awesome bone and other handle covers from all - but Joe that Robeson with striped handles is something unique

- Is that MOP with black celluloid stripes??

You are correct!! Those zebra stripe handles about blew me away!!!

Nothing was said about 'merican made so here are a couple of BAK's (British Army Knives). Both from 1943, I guess they are acceptable.
This is a Bontgen & Sabin from Germany with French Ivory covers that was sent to me some time ago by Dragunski. Thanks George.
This Camillus EZ-Open with a four line stamp has some beautiful bone handles. Unfortunately there's a chip out of the mark side.
I like this Camillus 4-line Scout. Possibly from the 1930s.
This Camillus short line #14 with bone handles is aces. I feel fortunate to have it.

Lee, I think the covers are Mother of Pearl and celluloid.
Dimitri, that is a big knife at 4 1/2".
