Bradford, PA Case Collector's Meet

Post by Gunsil »

Hi all, looks like the Case Collectors Club will be having a swap meet behind the Zippo museum in Bradford the 25th of September. This will be a smaller event than in the past but should still be a fun swap meet. Hopefully I will have a small display of Case and Case family related antique knives for sale at this event. I suggest any who plan to attend also visit the American Cutlery Museum in Cattaraugus, NY, about 35 miles north of Bradford. Little Valley is also close by for any who wish to view Job's house which is also the site of a Case Bros factory which is long gone but Job's house is well and occupied. The ruins of the old Cattaraugus knife factory are also viewable. Springville, NY is also nearby and the old Case Bros factory is still standing and has a nice restaurant in it for a good lunch or dinner. Olean, NY is also about 20 miles from Bradford and there is a Cutco visitor center with a small display of old Alcas and KA-BAR knives. This is one of America's great knife history areas, I hope some of you can make the trip!

Case announced Wednesday the planned Reunion event has been postponed indefinitely, due to the rising Covid infection rate. Refunds being given to those already registered.
