Here's a link that will give you useful information on how to determine your Case knife's age by examining the tang stamp. You can also find info regarding model numbers for your knives.
There are no rules for knife collections. You are free to collect anything you please. Everyone does it differently.

Scroll down to the section about Case knife age identification, and compare the stamps on your knives with those shown to identify when it was made.

Phil and Ken have already given great advice. I enlarged the photo, and most appear to be 1970 or newer. A shame the one at the top (looks like a Peanut to me) has a broken blade. They are the sort of knives I'd carry, but if you want to display them, then by all means do!
