Ulster...Dwight Devine

Finally discovered what the full tang stamp was...thanks to a post Dale (Orvet) made several days ago. He helped the "light" to come on.

Anyway, here's an old, well used, Ulster by Dwight Devine & Sons. I believe the handles are wood of some type. (ebony?)
