Well zzyzzgeton is having a birthday. Well I hope the celebration is as big as Texas. So go out and throw your favorite hawk a little, maybe do a little scoutin' for deer season, or make something sharp to commemorate the the day. Cake and blue bell are a requirement. Thanks everyone for the well wishes.

Actually ended up having a mini-reunion of Class of '77 FTAB members. One our number who now lives in Pennsylvania came home to visit his mother and other family members for the first time in a couple of years. Ended up with nearly 30 of 52 rshowing up at a fellow '77 BQ's farm near College Station. I had not seen some of the guys since Final Review 43+ years ago (May 1977) as we kept missing each other at miscellaneous functions over the years.

It just happened that the event was on my birthday, so it was doubly good.
