Made by Queen in the 1990's. Should have a date on the tang.

Welcome to AAPK.
Queen made many 'Winchester' branded knives. The "Black Box Winchesters" are the most commonly seen.
Yours is likely branded as "Limited Edition" because handles are stag not bone. I have never seen any information on how large these Winchester runs were, but they were not small. Even your "Limited Edition" was likely made in the 1,000's.
If you post in the Queen forum there might be a collector there who knows the production numbers. Note that knife manufacturers often did not reveal how many knives were made.

I just sold my black box stag folding hunter yesterday; someone got a good deal. I have another one in jigged bone if somebody needs one.
