......I've always wanted a Randall, maybe i'll get one before I croak!!!...... ...............
Re: RANDALL knives
There are dealers who have them on hand to sell without the wait. Some with no mark up. Or $50 deposit locks in today’s price and you have 5 years to look forward to it. It goes by faster than you think.
Re: RANDALL knives

Re: RANDALL knives
Excuse me if I have mentioned this before in another thread.
Had the pleasure of going through the Randall shop around 1970 when I was working with the Orange County Water Pollution Control agency. There was a small pond on their property and they had experienced a fish kill, so we (the field crew) were sent to take some water sample, etc. While there we were invited to see the inside of the shop. It was very interesting and the field supervisor that went with the crew got promised a knife. I don't know if he ever got it as there was a waiting list back then. I felt a bit out of place toting a Case trapper among such fancy knife folks.

Re: RANDALL knives
How do you know that Bo didn't have a CASE trapper in his pocket?
Re: RANDALL knives
That’s a cool story Treefarmer. I don’t think they’d have turned their noses up at your Case. Down to earth people by all accounts. Someday I want to visit the shop,
