Scott,
It may be BSA scout knife. I have Camillus 902 with 2 blades that looks just like yours.

Its described as 3.12" 2-Blade Camillus Mini-Lockback, Black Zytel Handle
MB: CAMILLUS/<LINE>/NEW YORK/U.S.A. MB Etch:BOY SCOUTS<TF>OF AMERICA, 2.63" droppoint
stainless steel. MB(P): 902. Scalloped, second blade(M): PATENTED. BSA #1881. 1992-1994.

Hope this helps

The 901B was in the 1992 catalog but by 1996 it had disappeared from the catalog. I think one can extrapolate that they were not popular and there are not a Billy blue ton of them floating around out there.

It was probably the breeze from Kentucky from back in his Evansville days. It stimulated his erudition and made him a logophile.

I don't know how rare they are. I had one years ago. No clue where it may be now.
