That mark is German - do you have pictures of the entire knife? That might help. Are there any other markings on it? If so please post pictures of them also.

I've seen that logo here before on this (inexpensive Chinese made) product: It's from a company called Combat Ready. But, without photos of the whole knife, it's impossible to tell what model it is.
