First off sorry for the crappy pics. Picked this up off the bay and curious if anyone knows the original maker. For reference it is exactly 4" closed. Comparing it to the Camillus 69's I have from the same time era I am 99% sure it wasn't Camillus.

That one is Queen made. Limited run of (IIRC 100) in the blue bone.

I contacted Moore Maker and they told me that Queen made a lot of their pocket knives.
