Goins shows a Canasota Knife Co N.Y., 1875-1895, as does the Ritchie & Stewart 5th edition.

jmpaige, now that the tang stamp is identified, show us the rest of the knife, don't keep us in suspense!

Sorry this took a bit its my first day back in the office since posting this.

I have posted the picture, sorry it took so long the knives belong to my boss and stay at the office and today is my first day back in since posting the message. That is an interesting "combination tool". I checked up on Canasota Knife Company,it mentioned button hooks and that opened to another world of button hooks being collected. Always finding something new to wonder about or to lust after here on AAPK.
