Tested 6367

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Tested 6367

Post by Winchester M21 »

I recently acquired this little 6367. It’s not perfect but I love it!!! It’s like it would tell you stories if you hold it just right!! I understand it’s a fairly rare pattern. Teach me something about it!

If you have one show it off!!

Congratulations on a fairly rare find! To my knowledge the pattern was discontinued sometime during the Tested era. Afterward it was made with only two blades. Due to the shield your knife has plus all the blades being stamped and the Tested inside a circle stamp, I think the knife is from the early Tested era. If you figure out how to hold it so it starts telling stories, let us all know how!

FWIW, here’s my 9367. Case called those handle covers “imitation onyx”.

Fantastic old 6367! Like Mumbleypeg said it has many desirable traits: 3 blade model; diamond shield, all blades marked; beautiful green bone.

Shawn, Really nice old Tested. Green bone, rare shield, and rare stamping.

Great looking knives and pattern. Kind of reminds me of a large Tuxedo. ::tu::
