SEARS ROEBUCK and COMPANY in some abbreviated form. Goins shows one as simple as, "S. R. & CO".

Old S.R.&Co/Chicago on pen blade straight line. Sears Roebuck curved/& Co. straight/Chicago straight. Back tang Napanoch/ knife Co./NY on both blades. Well worn knife and hard to read. Maybe this is of some help.
