Wilh Wagner was a manufacturer of high quality cutlery in Solingen. Do not have my book with me but they closed in 1980's i think.
This Swell End jack is a pattern i have never seen in a German made knife. The jigged bone handles although quite worn do not look anything like the jigged bone used in vintage German knives.
Handles are almost worn smooth. Blades look to have never been used.
This might not be an all original knife.
It looks like a USA handle with new W.W. blades.
I am not an expert in forensic Knifeology. My impressions can be wrong.

You have seen and handled a great many German made knives, Roland, I would trust your impressions.

Dan hit the nail on the head with respect to Roland and German made knives.

Good to get your confirmation k7k.
Do you 'guys' agree that this handle pattern and bone look like vintage USA manufacture ?
It has to be a 'worked on' knife to have brand new looking blades and very worn bone handles in the same knife.

For what it's worth I agree with the opinions stated above.

I will add that I do like the looks of that knife and especially like the blade combination it has. It would be a great knife to carry.

The frame and handles look very Robesonesque to me.

How long is the knife?
