Hi Lori, If possible, it would greatly assist in answering questions like this where trying to identify the pattern number if you can provide the closed length of the knife in question. My best guess is 5332, where "5" means stag, the first "3" indicates the number of blades, and 32 is the pattern number. The 32 stockman pattern is 3 5/8" closed. A 75 pattern is 4 1/4" closed. A 92 pattern is 4" closed.

It is a 5375 stockman, stag handles, long pull master blade.
