What does the red paper symbol mean?
Forgive my ignorance but what does that red paper symbol next to some thread titles mean? It’s on most but not all thread titles. I do know what the paperclip symbol means, I think.
I looked for an explanation on the symbols but I didn’t see anything. Pardon my lack of tech savvy.

Re: What does the red paper symbol mean?
I think the red paper, or whatever it is, means that that topic has a new post to it since your last visit.
I'm not positive, but I think that's what it means.

Yep, it means unread posts. If you click on the red paper instead of the thread title, it will take you to the first post in that thread that you haven't read yet.

That makes sense. I guess I need to check more often because more have it than don’t. Hadn’t had enough experience yet with this to notice a pattern. Thanks guys.

Now that I like! I click on a thread then click on FIRST UNREAD POST. This will save me a click.Railsplitter wrote: ↑Tue Oct 08, 2019 8:06 pm Yep, it means unread posts. You can almost smell smoke when you click on the red flag on a 500 page thread you’ve never been on. Lol!
Great new feature. I was nervous when the forum was lagging. Now it’s lightning fast.

That feature has always been available on the forum. It was all explained over in the "Tips & Tricks" forum (at ---► viewtopic.php?f=98&t=53979 ) The graphics changed with the software upgrade (i.e. the red sheet of paper instead of the tab symbol ( ►| ).
The one thing that's not explained there is the paperclip image. That just means the thread has attachments in it (pictures).
