Did y'all notice a change in the shortcut icon when you open AAPK today? I just noticed it this morning, kinda' neat.

No. I come in a different way than you probably do so I looked and the only change I could find was the Winchester people got their Winchester forum they've been asking for.

Re: new shortcut icon
I've never noticed a shortcut icon before. Much less a change to it but I'd like to know what it is in case it's something I might want to use.

Re: new shortcut icon
I may not be using the proper terms so go easy on me. On the screen that opens when I turn on my PC I have placed shortcuts to the sites I normally go to, a local news site, weather, mail, etc.. including AAPK. The icon for AAPK was always the circular blue and white lower case "e" indicating or somehow representing Internet explorer. Now it is no longer the "e" described above but the hexagon that appears on the opening page of AAPK in the upper left hand side with the three bladed knife silhouette. Just noticed this, maybe it has been there all along, but ol' sharp eye just saw it yesterday.

Ahhhh....
Gotcha. I've always had the hexagon with the stockman silhouette shortcut for as long as I can remember.

Re: new shortcut icon
That’s something your browser does. Depending on what device I use to log in, the AAPK icon may be different. But after your browser “learns” the sites you most often frequent it puts that shortcut icon there for you. Not sure where the various different browsers get the icons they use though. But if you “clear all tabs” the icon will go away, until you’ve logged into a site repeatedly enough that the browser puts it back.
That’s my theory and I’m sticking to it!
On my devices the iPad which uses Safari browser, AAPK has a different icon than my computer which uses Edge. (Edge uses the hexagon with a pocket knife inside it). My preferred browser, which I have set to the default browser on my phone (to stop google from tracking me) is DuckDuckGo. Which doesn’t track you, but you can set your own tabs if you want. It won’t do it for you though.

Re: new shortcut icon
Ah hah. I have Internet Explorer on my task bar "1" and I.E. opens to "Yahoo". Then I chose AAPK "2" from my saved shortcuts bar. As you can see, AAPK is so small you wouldn't be able to recognize the Icon unless you already knew what it was.

I use Firefox as a browser and I just saw it on my favorites bar. It is tiny though.

Re: new shortcut icon
It's definitely a browser function. The short cut on my phone is a squared circle with an A in it. With my desk top it has the knife silhouette.
