Nice knife, still has a lot of life left, or could be collectible depending on your preference. May be a reproduction if the handle covers are Delrin (plastic). Hard to tell for sure from your pictures but I’m guessing that may be the case.

That appears to be a knife that was given away with packages of Remington 22 ammo in the late 70's- early 80's.

Peanut knife. Camillus made in early 90's (imho 1992-1994)
