My New One

Post by OLDE CUTLER »

I picked up this nice fixed blade over the weekend at a local gunshow. It was made by one of our local custom knife makers Martin Ketcham. This one has the blade material of 52100 ball bearing steel and elk stag handle and is 8 1/2" overall length. Marty makes some really outstanding knives, and I was glad to get this one from him, my first.

Very nice. I like the overall look as well as the red spacers at each end. I also like the designs on the sheath. That looks like a real good combination that will give you years of great service. Nicely done. ::tu::

Very cool how the color of the leather complements the stag.

It sure does. I have three pocket knives that I rehandled in elk that are among my favorites.
