Solingen knife - recognize the logo stamp?

No clue what this logo stands for....any help would be appreciated.
It does have knice horn scales.

Hoffritz. Interesting history you can Google. I think a NY importer and also sold domestic made knives.

I think this is the same tang stamp. The only reason I knew about this is I just looked one up.

Not Hoffritz, not associated with Hoffritz.
It is as RBD has said, the logo of Friedrich Hartkopf, a Solingen cutlery manufacturer specializing in pocket knives & hunting knives 1919 to present ? Was open in 2002 says Carter.
Carter's book shows there were 15 cutlery manufacturers named "Hartkopf".
