I'll be taking a much needed vacation the up coming labor day week. I'm headed to see an old friend who lives in Rutland Vermont. I'm a New Yorker, who now lives in Georgia for the last 21 years, but I really like it there in Vermont. Staying for a week, he said just make a list of things you might want to do other than sitting back and drinking beer and grilling. I was wondering if there were any places of knife related interest someone might suggest.

There is a little up scale out doorsy store in Woodstock. They sell knives in there on the QT.
