Howdy, I need some help on the Gaucho I have. It is in the original box and has the tag it came with. There is a note in it also. It says '' Nelo bought this in 1965. The tag has A FACA Gaucha on the first page. There are six more with info on them. I can not read it because it is Brazil. see pix
If anyone can read Brazil please help me.

In Brazil they speak Portuguese. I'm not sure we have anyone here who has that language skill. If we do, maybe they'll stop in and help.

There was a post in one of the forums addressing this particular type of knife but I cannot find it at the moment. It was either in the Fixed Blade forum or the European Knives forum if I recall correctly.
These knives come in several different sizes and are named accordingly. They vary greatly in quality. Here is a picture of some that I own. The smaller ones I bought listed as letter openers and all have their original boxes.
