Re: ???
Sure did. I just chalked it up to a glitch or something. I didn't post it so I knew there had to be a problem somewhere.

Re: ???
I don't think Ken mumbleypeg posted the image. I believe Ken reported the image as inappropriate, which I applaud.
Normally the system notifies the Admins when a post has been "reported". It looks like non-Admins are being notified about the reporting of an inappropriate post. If you look in the top right corner of each post you will see an image with quotation marks which allow you to quote a post. There is also an exclamation point over there that allows you to "report" a post to the admins.

Re: ???
I did report the image as being inappropriate. I'm no prude and have certainly seen and heard the words before, but this forum is read on-line by children who don't need to see it, and others who may be offended. I don't want this forum to be included in the Internet sewer or banned by concerned parents. I clicked on the exclamation point box in the upper right corner of the offending post, wrote in the dialog box that I thought the posted image was inappropriate (I said nothing about "vulgar content") and hit "submit".
I'm not sure what happens afterward, but I assume the report goes to the attention of a moderator or admin. Shortly after I submitted the report I got a notification (report closed) from an admin.
I did not receive anything about "vulgar content" so now I am curious about what happened, and how y'all got dragged into it.

Re: ???
I added the word "vulgar" to warn people that the content of the link was inappropriate.

Ken, Thank you for reporting the image.Mumbleypeg wrote:I did report the image as being inappropriate. I'm not sure what happens afterward,Ken
It seems like there was a glitch in the notifications system because many of us received the notification. If the notification was not read closely, it could be construed that we were notified that you posted the image, instead of you reporting someone else's post.

Re: ???
Thanks. Now that I think about it, I didn't even say I thought the picture was inappropriate. I said the report was "self explanatory".
Sorry my action somehow resulted in y'all having to see the picture.

Re: ???
There was some spam posted, some of you got it, some of you didn't. The reason the report does not show up is that the problem has been deleted and along with it the report.
