Factory 2nd?

Hello, y'all,
I recently purchased a Barlow that has a light tan, wood grained pattern delrin handle (maybe from the 70's) and the manufacturer tang stamp has been ground off and the main blade, a sheepsfoot, has been etched "2nd". Can anyone help me identify the company that made this knife? Much appreciated and thank you in advance.

If you're going to have any hope of anyone here being able to identify your knife, you're going to have to post some pictures of it here. Otherwise, it's anyone's guess what you have.
