Need to View Sold Item Listing

Post by Paladin »

I have just made a sale from my store and I have need to view the closed listing. There is an inventory number there I need for my records.
I have looked around quite a bit but I am yet to figure out how to look at the closed, or sold, listing.
Anyone know how to do that?

No, you were not unclear. I went into assumption mode again. My reading comprehension is faulty this morning (as it is most days).

Jerry,
I must have been unclear in my post.
This is from my AAPK store, nothing to do with eBay.

Hi Ray,

Am I correct to assume that you have the AAPK assigned item number from sale notification?

Try this...

Login to the seller dashboard & click one of the two links shown in the image below. All of your in stock & out of stock items will show up. Out of stock items will show up after in stock items (they are first sorted by stock status).

In your case, since you have less than 50 items listed; scroll all the way down & the item you are looking for will be there showing with 0 inventory.

If you had more than 50 items, you may have needed to go to page 2, 3, 4, or 5... etc...

Please let me know if that works.

Best,

Bryan,
It worked perfect. I would have never thought to do that, so as always, thanks much.
