Case Classic Photo drop

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Howdy Jerry!

I didn't know it was called a Seahorse... Constantly learning here!

It's actually a really nice knife and my 1st Wharncliffe.... believe it or not. I got the box and paperwork (COA) and it says it is one of 246 made.

Those Seahorse Whittlers seem to retain their value too. Nice one.

Gorgeous Color on that one, Dave! I love it!!
Primarily a bone collector myself. Picture below is current 3094 pattern set I've been working on for minute or two. I've added 8 or so since this photo was taken. Each is unique to the others.

Zach, Outstanding group there! Some hard to come by finds there & I'm sure they're in good company with one or two peers. Those larger 55's are built like tanks.

Thanks FarSide, I am a huge wharncliffe fan. Although my preferred handle materials are stag and ivory, I also really like the bones on these three.

Cheers & Aloha,
