Here's the Beer Scout in Tortoise shell. Now these aren't SFOs but some are going to be. Barry's SFO will be done in bloodwood, with what I call a Yukon shield with no markings on the shield,,,should be beautiful! ::ds::

Thanks, BM, that Chestnut BS is lookin' mighty fine on the weathered deck there too. Is it my imagination, or does the color of the Chestnut look an awful lot like those Old Tan Sawcut 77s you landed recently? ::hmm:: Put them all together and you've got one heck of a set, boy howdy! ::tu::

Geez talk about knife porn, this thread is the motherlode.

My wife got this Madison Barlow for me for Christmas last year. I think I'll keep her around. I've carried it every day since then. The fit and finish are excellent, snappy too. Pull is a little heavy but it is wearing in.

Thank you! I made sure there were enough subtle hints left to ensure the correct outcome. And I was still surprised! ::ds::

Very nice, Steve! That's a handful of a knife, from what I've seen of them. Derrick has some fine examples in the Northwoods brand, this is a great one!

I also love how easy the bail makes it to pull this guy out of a leather slip!
