It’s got a nice character to it , needs a bit of tweaking but will bet plenty of carry ::tu::

Today’s edc. I’ll also have a cheap working knife with me as I don’t want to damage this pristine Campolin. Excuse the dog fur in the background. Adds character in my opinion.

Excellent choices, Jtx, Ivory, David, Chris and Oscar. 😎👍

Nice, QS! I'm traveling up the North Fork with today's EDC. You can slice mandarin skins paper thin with this knife.

Love the etched blades. They add so much to any knife. I’ve quite a few but never used them as it would detract from their appearance if they got scratched up. Beautiful knife as always QS ! (Could use a bit of dog fur though). ::tu:: ::tu::

Thanks redrider and Oscar. It is my understanding that what we call a Moose is in Europe called an elk. Hence the word elk is on the inscription.

Leatherman Free T2 as the base level tool today.

I have had a love-hate relationship with this knife ever since I bought it in early 2021. It's a little bulky for the minimal tools it offers, the blade could be a quarter inch longer, it's not southpaw friendly, and it took quite a bit of carry and use (plus a generous amount of Quick Release oil) to be as smooth as Leatherman advertises the Free Series to be. Plus, it uses magnets as an integral part of the locking mechanism.

But, it's pretty robust for being only four inches closed, and the blade finally broke in enough to flip it open with my right hand.

If you buy the RR tie dye knife you'll grow an extra thumb - problem solved!
Two thumbs might make opening them Balisong knives easier too ... in addition to holding more steins and drinking a lot more German beer during October fest!🍺🍺😏
