Help ID’ing this knife?

Post by Eelephant »

Good day, all. Replaced the trashed scales on this old folder for the heck of it. Have no idea the maker. Attached a close up of the tank stamp. Any ideas? Thanks all!

Howdy Eelephant, ::welcome:: to AAPK!
Looks like you are jumpin' in with both feet, replacing the handles on an old knife!
Would love to see a picture of the whole knife, to understand what it is. Someone might have a better chance of identifying the tang stamp if they knew what pattern the knife is.
Stay with us, I believe you'll enjoy the forum. ::handshake::
