I have no idea about Tg, other than that it looks more like a company logo than personalization. The knife looks to be an older Victorinox Champion. The gold shield is actually nickel silver, which tends to yellow with age. Pinning down an exact date is difficult, but mid-1970s is a fair guess. Does it have the long nail file in the back layer?

They have a SAK forum.
